I have been baking since I was little but started Kym's Cakes and Bakes in 2020 alongside my nursing job as more of a hobby and it has now become my life! I have been learning along the way and I am always keen to try new recipes or new techniques so get in touch if there is something you would like and can't see it on my website.

I run my business from a small unit in Middlezoy and I offer bespoke cakes, wedding cakes, small bakes and full event catering. I regularly attend markets and events for which you will often find me in a trailer or gazebo with lots of tasty treats. You will see my husband, daughter, step son and even my niece at events and on deliveries as we pride ourselves on being a completely family run business!

I have a 5* hygiene rating with Sedgemoor Council, I am fully insured and have relevant food hygiene and allergen training.

I offer free delivery in Somerset and North Somerset and cover the whole of the South West (further if needed) for weddings and events. 

I have won multiple awards over the last few years but the most recent is the South West Prestige Award for 'Best Bespoke Bakery of 2025' which you can see pictured.
